As a fellow business owner, I've come to appreciate that the most important parts of building a business are often the ones customers never see. My goal is to document 100 businesses over the next couple of years — not the polished moments, but the work behind them: the early mornings, late nights, difficult decisions, and countless unseen moments that make a business possible.
